Starlink, fitted for the property
Professional fitting and site surveys across Cornwall.
Gould fits Starlink as a high-end, individual install. We come to the home, talk through the mounting options, what might block the sky, and the cable route you want. The dish is planned for that building.
Fitted on the property
High-end work, planned for one home
Sky, and the other big broadband providers, fit to a time slot. The kit goes on the easiest bracket, the cable takes the shortest path, and the engineer moves on to the next house. That is a volume job.
A Starlink install in Cornwall is a different job. Trees, a chimney, a granite wall, a listed front and a cable you do not want across the render all change where the dish should sit. Gould agrees the mount, the obstructions and the cable run with you before anything is fixed.
What we look at on the visit
Mounting options
Wall, roof, a pole or a ground mount. We talk through what the building will take, and what will still see the sky.
Obstructions
Trees, ridges, neighbouring roofs and anything else that can sit in the dish’s view. A clear sky in one corner of the garden can be a blocked sky ten metres away.
Preferred cable routes
The run you want, inside or outside, from the dish to the router. We plan it with you, rather than taking the first hole in the wall.
Two ways to start
We cover Cornwall. A written quote for the install follows a site survey.

From £49 + VAT
A fitter comes to the home. The fee depends on where you are in Cornwall. We discuss mounting options, possible obstructions and your preferred cable route. The quote for the install follows that visit.
Before anyone travels
Free desktop survey
Free
We look at the property from the office, or we do a WhatsApp video call while you walk the outside. Either one gives a rough estimate. The written quote still follows a site survey.

Book a survey, or a WhatsApp video call
Tell us the address and whether you want a site survey or a free desktop look. For the video call, we will arrange a time on WhatsApp.
Or call +44 (0)1209-821804 and ask for a Starlink survey, or a WhatsApp video call.
Site surveys from £49 plus VAT. The survey fee depends on location. Gould covers Cornwall. A written quote for the installation follows the site survey. A desktop survey or a WhatsApp video call is free and gives a rough estimate only. All prices exclude VAT.
